Request Account Deletion – QRCL Security

This page explains how to request that your QRCL Security guard account and all associated personal data be permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email

Write to us at Contact@qrcl.ng with the subject line “QRCL Security Account Deletion Request”.

2. Include your account details

Provide the email address you use to log in to the QRCL Security app. This is how we identify your account.

3. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation reply within 30 days. Once confirmed, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

What data is deleted

Your account credentials (email address, hashed password)
Your guard profile (name, assigned estate, role)
Your scan history logs (QR scans, access granted/denied records)
Device identifiers associated with your account
Location data collected during scans

What data may be retained

Transaction history or records required for legal, regulatory, or tax compliance purposes.
Anonymized or aggregated technical data used exclusively to improve service security and performance.
